Everything was great! Loved the way our reasonably large and fully functional room with a comfortable bed was arranged.- A shower, a hair dryer, and bath robes were a plus.- The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, for example, Medicine Hat Mall was just a short stroll away from the hotel.we had a wonderful stay at Days Inn By Wyndham Medicine Hat in Medicine Hat. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The convenient location near the Medicine Hat Mall added to the appeal of the hotel, and we would definitely choose to stay here again for future visits.

Loved a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and TV in the room.

The place was fairly clean and staff was knowledgeable and best. The unit we got was newly decorated with so comfy, whirlpool tub, a fireplace. The location was easy, near a motorway and easy to find. You could walk to shops and retail shops.

The room was tidy and the bathroom had a nice size with a shower, hairdryer, and soft bath sheets. The staff provided exceptional service 🌟. Free Wi-Fi was available everywhere on site.

The decor was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the long desk and huge flat screen. The kids had a great time on the water slide. The hotel served a very nice breakfast. The staff was professional and friendly. We were walking distance from the mall and restaurants. There was a tiny yard on the side with a play structure and a patch of grass.

The rooms are always tasteful and spotless with a comfortable bed. They provide a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the check-in process was fast.

Pictures online actually looked like the place we stayed at!! Was not deceiving at all, which is refreshing! The front desk staff were extremely friendly, got us checked in lickety split. The rooms were nice and clean (as was the entire hotel) and the beds are quite comfy. The continental breakfast rivals many other restaurants. Coffee was delicious, and there was tons of fresh fruit. Don't forget about the cookies at the front desk, it's hard not to grab one every time you walk by. And nobody judges you :)

When all is said and done, I only have a small problem with the pools cool temperature. But I'm also kind of a wuss! And the water slide is way too fast for a tiny pool.

Room was spacious and clean. heating/cooling was easily accessible and easy to adjust. We were selected as the "Guest of the Day" and received a nice little gift upon arrival in our room. I nice little gesture that really made me feel like we were more than just one of many guests. The Days Inn in Medicine Hat will always be remembered for that. Staff was helpful and conversant even if we were only passing through the lobby.

No extra blankets - even though the temperature in the room was easily adjusted for a comfortable nap in the middle of the afternoon a big, cozy blanket would have been nice. A common complaint anywhere, and here too so I will mention it, is that the sleep timer on the tv is disabled. I understand why menus are hidden but if at least the sleep timer remained active it would be appreciated. I sometimes find it difficult to fall asleep in a strange city and being able to set a timer for the television offers some comfort rather than lying in the dark trying to will yourself to sleep.

This place is well-maintained, the wifi works great, and the room is tastefully decorated with quiet beds.

Room was dirty in areas and not what I expected. Staff at front desk did not care

The pool was very nice, clean and safe. The breakfast was superb and efficient. The cookies and coffee after hours is a nice touch. The location is important and away from the night life which can often cause problems late at night and when travelling with kids is important to us.

This hotel is in a peaceful and high-quality location close to various amenities and grocery stores.

Good continental breakfast and pool and slide fun for kids

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We only registered at 9 pm so basically all we wanted to do was sleep.

A sports team was there in the morning for breakfast so we had no place to sit which was not great when I'm caring for an 89 year old mother.
